SWAC Suspends Football Referees for Bad Call

Earlier today, the SWAC Conference announced the 1 game suspension of the entire officiating crew from last weekend’s Prairie View and Southern University football game. 

The crew was scheduled to officiate the upcoming Alcorn State and Jackson State football game on Novemeber 18th. One particular referee has been suspended for the remainder of the 2017 season.

The play in question occurred in the 4th Quarter when the following was ruled a touchdown.
