BlackBall Sports Sniper List: Top 3 Point Shooter SWAC Edition

Earlier this month, we debuted the MEAC Edition of our Sniper List. Today we’re back at it highlighting the top 3 point shooters in the SWAC. To make the BlackBall Sports Sniper List, you must have at least 23 three-pointers this season.

 

5.) Marquell Carter, UAPB

The senior forward has been a key piece for the Roaring Lions all season long. He is currently the team's 3rd leading scorer and shooting 34.8% from three.

4.) Corey Tillery, Alcorn State

This season, Tillery has seen an increase in his points, rebound, assists, and steals per game! He is one of the Braves top shooters, making 3.2 three-pointers per game while shooting 38% from three.

3.) Chancellor Ellis, Prairie View A&M

In just 21 minutes per game, Chancellor Ellis is shooting lights out making 41.5% from three. In one of his best games this season, Ellis lead PV to a win over Grambling while going 4-6 from three.

2.) Maurice Howard, Alcorn State

Maurice Howard leads all Braves in scoring with 16.1 points per game. He has relied heavily on his three point shot, making

1.) Deshaw Andrews, Alcorn State

Deshaw Andrews has been absolutely ON FIRE this season! The 6'4 forward is shooting an insane 50% from deep. His best performance this year was a 30 point outing against UAPB where he went a perfect 5-5 from downtown.
